One thing I learned from "pandemic time" is that time keeps going. Even after a yearlong shut down I am a year older. It was strange to watch the time pass and see little progress.
Under regular circumstances, I probably would have been too busy to notice the lack of movement. But without the distractions, I was able to see my reality with time.
It wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I made a few small goals in 2021 that I stuck to. Now looking into the next year it’s time to take them up a notch.
To kick Junto off I want to discuss systems. Specifically, systems thinking, and how this relationship approach has the ability to set our goals up for success.
But before you jump into the video, grab a piece of paper and write down one of your goals for 2022. You need to have some context before diving into the content.
