Using AI to produce anything of value is about context. This course focuses on prompt engineering for staff in higher education and the context in which AI can be leveraged about 70% of the time in daily work.
I work in admissions and enrollment management, so this course was created from that frame, but everything we cover can easily be transferred to other departments across campus. The emphasis is on staff applications not curriculum or classroom use.
